1 General Provisions

By using the Fleet Manager application, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is operated by SD web developers, s.r.o.

2 Use of Service

Users are required to provide accurate information. The service is intended for trip logging and fleet management. Users are responsible for the security of their access password.

3 Data and Ownership

All data entered into the system is the property of the customer (company). The operator ensures storage and backup but is not responsible for incorrectly filled mileage logs for tax purposes.

4 Subscription and Payments

Access to the service is provided on a subscription basis. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of account access.

5 Limitation of Liability

The operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
