Information about the procedure and data processing

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion directly in the mobile app settings or by sending an email to contact@sdweb.sk from your registered email address.

2. What Happens to Your Data

For Drivers (Anonymization):

Your personal data will be permanently removed or anonymized. Trip and refueling records remain in the system in an anonymous form due to the company's legal obligation to keep a mileage log.

For Companies (Full Deletion):

All organization data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Only accounting documents required by law are retained.

3. Processing Period

Your request will be processed within 30 days. During this time, your access will be deactivated.
